Setting the Curve

One of my friends, Robert Stinson, likes to take a lot of pictures.  I used to joke with him about how easily he was stimulated photographically.  I used to say he wanted to photograph every blade of grass on planet earth.  Maybe he does…but I don’t really think that!  You can see some of his work by clicking on his name above.

Now that I have a cheesey Nikon D-50 and an inadequate and very soft Tamron zoom lens, I am seeing way too many things to shoot, and for some reason, I am shooting them.  I feel like my friend Robert.

This was a long lead in to the photos below.  One is the portrait version and the other is the landscape version.  I think I prefer the landscape version.  U?
