My kiddos love noodle soup. They said they wanted a really authentic noodle experience in China town. So today we found the smallest most hole-in-the-wall restaurant in town and ate lunch there. There were only two tables: one that sat us and one that sat two other people. The menu was hand written (see photo) and you had the distinct feeling that you were going to leave with some type of food borne illness when all was said and done. Five ordered the beef noodles, one pork and I ordered chicken. Everyone said they likes theirs, but the beef eaters did not like the fat and skin included in the soup. Enjoy some pix!
