The day has finally come.
Since I am 50, it was time for me to have a colonoscopy. I was not looking forward to. Who would?
However, it is one of the most important screenings to detect bad health issues. The truth is that the process and procedure was not bad in any way, shape for form. The worst part was not eating the day before and even that was not so bad.
