Many of you know that I am in CA working on a contract assignment for Stratford School. You also know that I work out almost every single day. One of my concerns about coming to CA to work was that they do not have an La Fitness in the area I will be living.
So, I had to find a new gym.
I stumbled across Forma Gym, a relatively new gym that is about 4 miles from where I am staying. The have all my basic needs met. They have spin cycles, free weights, machines and….an OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL.
I love the pool!
There is nothing like swimming outside. Today was especially good as the temp was in the 60s and it was super sunny.
