Hiking Quicksilver Mining Trails

I went out for another hike this morning. I returned to the Quicksilver park that I went to last week. This time I started on the northern side instead of the southern side. There are more trail options on the north.

I pieced together a hike that traverse the New Almaden Trail, Prospect Trail, Randol Trail, Saint Isabel Trail, Capehorn Pass and Norton Trail. It came out to 7.43 miles. The trail guide is shown below.

I came across a cool red tree on the trail. It’s bark was peeling. I believe the tree is called a Santa Isabel. Pix below.
