Frosty Winter Foliage

Today’s weather was quite interesting. It was foggy all day with lots of moisture in the air and the temp was in the teens. It created a most gorgeous and picture-book frost all over the trees and plants.

I spent about 15 minutes shooting in one location to get these pix. I really like some of them.

This is one of my faves. Love the composition, color and the fact that I have never seen a budding pine cone before. This is one of my faves. Love the composition, color and the fact that I have never seen a budding pine cone before.

I also really like this one. For some reason, it reminds me of French fries. I also really like this one. For some reason, it reminds me of French fries.
