As soon as I arrived at the trailhead to Lake Mary, I noticed a dark creature in the woods. I had to take a long look because I couldn't believe how close I was to a bull moose. A few other people noticed as well and we all began a photo-moose-a-palooza.
After hiking up the hill, I discovered that there was a lot more to the trail.
I had some great hikes this week. Here are some of my favorite snaps from 3 different hikes during the week.
Two of my daughters, Yana and Riri, decided to join for dinner on the mountain and then they went home and left me all alone on the mountain. Of course, I was totally groovy with that. Although, it would have been great if they stayed.
It was such a pleasant and peaceful Tuesday morning down at Utah Lake. I got up and drove straight down to the water's edge.
I made a video of some of my recent images. It really doesn't have anything to do with Easter other than today is the day I am publishing it and it is nice and relaxing.
My morning commune today was focused on something you see a lot of here on my blog: Mount Timpanogos in Provo, UT.
This winter in Utah has produced some amazing skies during and in between sunrises and sunsets. It’s fun looking at them as a body of work.
You will see the same mountains in many of the pictures. One of them is Mount Timpanogos and the other is Squawk Peak. They are both about 7 minutes from my house.
