Play is when we break from normal efforts and engage in activity that has no explicit purpose toward our obsession with accomplishment. Exhaustion is not a badge of honor. It is a sign that we do not have balance in our lives.

If all you focus on are the obstacles before you, then you will run into those obstacles. Focus on where you can go.
Hopefully we can all start to take advantage of the time that we have. We can live a full spectrum of experiences from sorrow to joy
Each of us must understand that our time in this world is so short, that darkening it with useless arguments, jealousy, not forgiving others, discontentment and bad attitudes is not a productive use of time and energy.
