Perhaps instead of lamenting a lack of time, we can replace that lament with a few positive actions that may make our lives, and our use of time, much more beneficial.
The longer we carry the bottle, the heavier it gets, even though its weight does not change. The same is true for stress, worry, anger and hatred.
The idea of taking care of ourselves and others can lead to greater appreciation of others.
The wound is not only in the body and the consciousness of the other person, but the wound is also there in you.

We can only listen to another person and understand their suffering if we have first looked deeply, embraced and been kind to our own fear and anger.
You may believe that you are the only one who suffers and that the other person is thoughtless or vindictive and that’s why they made you suffer.
When you have that map, you are in control. You are in your POWER mode. You have a plan and yet, you can still decided how fast to go, and whether or not to follow the map.
