Patience on the Trail with Mother Nature
And while my initial reaction is frustration coupled with a little bit of anger, I need to look for ways to create connection and understanding. I can do this through compassion about their wanting to run on those wonderful trails and maybe use that as a starting point to help build awareness and help foster some patience.

FIRST TIME AT BRYCE CANYON
I have now completed the BIG FIVE national parks in the Utah: Arches, Zion, Capitol Reef, Canyonlands, and now, Bryce Canyon. Without knowing it, I think I saved the best for last.
Live in the Moment
We cannot go back, and we can't be in the future. So we have to be and give our best in every "right now" that we have.
Off Limits
We certainly have choice in our lives to do what we want. The hope is we will choose not to make others suffer.
